We collect this info to make your retreat experience smooth, magical, and burrito-mess-free (unless you love burritos, in which case we’ll make it happen).

We treat your personal data like a secret family recipe—secure, private, and never shared with strangers. Your info is stored on secure, encrypted platforms, and we don’t sell, rent, or trade your details (not even for the world’s best chocolate cake).

3. Who Gets to See Your Info?

  • Me (Crystal) – because I need to plan your retreat.
  • The chefs – if you tell us you’re allergic to peanuts, we’ll make sure you don’t get peanut butter pancakes.
  • The accommodations team – so they know who’s checking in (and who needs extra pillows).

Outside of that? No one. Not your nosy neighbor, not some random marketer trying to sell you “life-changing” vitamins.
